Used HED carbon handlebars ( Will provide original carbon restpads but put some more comfortable Profile design ones)

Ultegra 6800 2x11 groupset.

Brand new Ultegra shifters/ brake calipers / chainrings / cassette /pulleys and chain.

Lightly used crankset with one sided stages powermeter

Lighlty used Continental GP5000 tires ( less than 200km)
