Eddy Merckx 63cm MXL 7-11 Colors (Used)

1994 Merckx MXL. Most likely a repaint, as Rainbow CycleArt is on the non-drive chainstay. But you get the legendary ride of a Merckx MXL custom frame in 7-11 team colors. Signed by Eddy Merckx on top tube right above the number hanger. This bike has a fantastic feel, and at 21.5 pounds it gives up nothing to any other bikes I ride.

Campagnolo Headset, Chorus I think.

Campy Record 10s Drivetrain. 12-25 Record Cassette, 177.5mm Record cranks, Single pivot rear brake, dual pivot front, Record carbon shifters, and Record derailleurs. Great groupset I have owned since new in 2004, less than a few K miles on the group. I have a set of silver Centaur Shifters I can include for $150 if someone wants to swap them out for looks.

Wheels:

Black Record hubs laced to Ambrosio Nemesis rims. Brand new Bontrager R4 25mm tubulars glued up.

Cockpit:

Cinelli Giro dItalia bars, 44cm

Nitto s65 seatpost

Will need new bar tape. Saddle will be generic white saddle as place holder, or Specialized Toupe 143mm if desired.
