Pinkbike themselves praise this bike for how well it pedals when benchmarked against shorter-travel, lighter XC bikes. At the other end of the spectrum, they also love the bike for its downhill capabilities, as it rides like a proper trail bike. This is possible thanks to Rockys Smoothwall carbon frame, a 65° headtube angle, and the implementation of dual bearings in the rear suspension linkage. These factors make the frame stiff and predictable. There are multiple bottle cage mounts on the bike for the longer, higher mileage days when refills arent possible. The frame carries a 5 year warranty on the front triangle, 3 year warranty for the rear triangle, and a 1 year warranty for all other components.
