2022 Chromag Rootdown M/L Custom build (Used)

Selling my custom built Chromag Rootdown.

Hard decision, but need to consolidate my bikes. This bike is an absolute beauty of a build and a modern timeless classic hardtail frame crafted by the amazing team at Chromag in Whistler BC. It pedals like a dream and descends like a beast…in short it shreds it all!!!

Here are the nerdy details of the build:

Frame - M/L (17.5), Black Chrome colour way, current series 5 frame, RideWrapped from new

Fork - Fox Factory 36, 160mm, RideWrapped from new

Headset - Cane Creek 40

Bars - Chromag BZA carbon, 760mm

Stem - 9point8 Stout (40mm)

Dropper - 9point8 Fallline 200mm with Digit 2.0 remote (most reliable dropper out there)

Saddle - SQLab 60x active s-tube

Drivetrain - mix of Shimano XTR, XT and SLX giving best performance to durability ratio

Brakes - Shimano SLX 7120 (4 piston)

Rotors - 203mm front, 180mm rear

Brake Adapters - North Shore Billet

Wheeslet - Chromag BA30 29(toughest wheelset they make)

Tires - WTB Verdict 2.5 front with Judge 2.4 rear (both in tough/high grip compound)

Extras:

-76 projects Garmin mount (on top of ride wrap of top tube)

-sneaky Ti bolts around bike

Not included: pedals, water bottle holder, cushcore in rear.

*wrong SQLab saddle and grips shown in pictures.

Bike has not seen a whole lot of riding as I built it as a back up coaching rig, hence being in excellent condition all round. Asking $4300cad
