Ridden for about a year by my wife on a handful of adventures and some daily spins. Rack is included. Upgrades from stock configuration include:

Apex Hydro levers with Ratio 12 Speed Ratchet installed.

Ratio Extended Derailleur Cage.

Sunrace 11-50 12 speed cassette.

X01 12 speed chain

Rival hydraulic calipers with 160 front and rear rotors. (Note: rear caliper bracket was too bulky and I used a headless thru-bolt to mount it)
