Bike shifts smoothly. One replaced spoke on the rear wheel but otherwise both wheels have lots of life left. Ran Orange sealant. Front tire has a slow leak, probably needs more sealant. Back wheel has small ding in rim but still holds pressure. Super aggressive and fun hardtail, rides great! Will ship via buyers expense *Does not come with bike stand
