About the Bike

It’s in EXCELLENT condition and has been meticulously cleaned and maintained at all times. It has some minor blemishes, but all superficial. The pivot bearings were all replaced at the beginning of 2020 and the cassette and chain were replaced at that time as well.

Riding History

I bought the bike in April of 2018 and rode it through the fall while also riding a descent amount on my road bike. In 2019, I spent much more time on my road bike and in 2020 got interested in bike-packing and purchased a Surly Karate Monkey at the end of the summer. I rode the other bike through the pandemic almost exclusively. In 2021, I bought a gravel bike and haven’t looked back. The poor Intense has spent more time sleeping than riding for the past 3 years. You’ll see by the mileage I pulled from Strava and Ride With GPS. The bike is awesome but I simply don’t ride it.

Upgrades

• Fizik Saddle came off my gravel bike (2021) and has 5 rides on it

• New Terravail tires. Front is the 2.5” Warwick and rear is the 2.4” Honcho. (2022) Both have 24 miles on them.

Service Notes

• New rear shift cable & housing were replaced (2021) 5 rides since.

Minor Wear Notes

• All wear is very minor. Light paint scratches and a couple small chips that are all cosmetic only.

• Small paint chip on the rear swing arm right by the derailleur hanger (see picture)

• Light scratches on the rear swing arm and a few under side of the down tube.
