200mm roters with Sram code R, pads have a lot of life and bite quick.

Fox 36 extra vol Ebike specific version and same with the rear shock, not sure the exact travel, but it plows.

Sram NX 11speed derailleur with matching chain and cassete. You just dont need that 12th gear, the motor is very powerful.

Im open to trading and trying out other ebikes, or a DH bike that is worth significantly more.
