This 2017 Diamondback Mission Pro has been my go-to for everything from downhill bike parks to XC dirt tracks for the past few years and it has never done me wrong. To buy new, this bike sold for $5000, and theres a lot to show for it. Nearly everything on this bike is top-of-the-line, and I have put thousands of dollars into service and parts upgrades, which I will detail below, along with a full list of specifications.

SPECS:

-Fox 36 Factory Suspension Fork with 160mm of travel and a GRIP 2 damper

-Fox FLOAT X2 (RECENTLY REBUILT BY FOX AND UPGRADED TO 2019 INTERNALS) with 160mm of travel

-Shimano XT 11 Speed Drivetrain (BRAND NEW XT DERAILLEUR JUST INSTALLED)

-Brand new Shimano 11 Speed Chain

-200mm PNW Rainier Gen 3 Dropper Post and Loam Lever (recently serviced and replaced air cartridge)

-27.5 inch wheels, front at 2.3 and rear at 2.6 (upgraded to tubeless)

-Shimano XT hydraulic disk brakes (recently bled and brand new brake pads installed) with 180mm Shimano rotors

-Diamondback cranks and pedals

-Raceface Atlas handlebars and stem

-Raceface Turbine R rims and hubs (the freehub is high engagement and sounds AMAZING. Its something Ill miss about this bike most)

I have cleaned and kept this bike in really good condition, but there are a few things to know before you jump on this sweet deal.

-There is some minor cosmetic damage to the frame, just regular wear and tear

-The rear rim has some trail damage, but it holds air perfectly fine with the tubeless setup and has been like this for years with no issue

-A mechanic at snow summit replaced the rear tire but put on a 2.6 instead of a 2.3, so it just barely fits. Id recommend switching it to the front to get better traction and a better fit for the frame.

-This bike is a medium frame size, which Diamondback estimates fits anyone from 56 to 510, but Im 61 and having a smaller bike was great for maneuverability and tricks in the air.
