2016 Specialized Epic Pro Carbon 29 World Cup (Used)

2016 Specialized Epic Pro Carbon 29 World Cup, stock except for seat and tires. Main frame is Carbon fiber (made in Taiwan), rear triangle is aluminum. Straight/true Roval Carbon rims, S-Works carbon seatpost, Sram XO shifter and derailluer (2x10), drivetrain is nearly new, low low miles on the chainring (32t), chain and XT cassette (11-40), I have a 30t front sprocket I will include. Brakes are XT M8000s. The bars are stock specialized aluminum. The fork is the Rockshox RS-1 with the specialized brain inertia valve, so no need for a lockout on either end. The RS-1 is still a competitive xc fork, and shares many internals with other Rockshox forks. The rear shock is Fox, also with the Specialized Brain inertia valve.

I bought this used a couple of years ago in v-good used condition for my teenage son to race, he was doing well on a hardtail in cat2, and very shortly after I bought this he focused on running, he mostly rode this bike while recovering from a running injury and never raced it.

The suspension works great, no slop in the pivot points, Its got a few little scratches and scrapes, but nothing I would consider actual damage. This is one of the few XC bikes that will take 2 bottle cages, it would also make a great flat-bar gravel bike with its inertia valve lockouts. The tires are heavy but tough Maxxis, Ill include a good pair of S-Works Fast Trak race tires.
