This bike is a prolific climber, probably as a result of its steep head tube angle and compact set-up. For the same reason, its very nimble and snappy, especially around tight corners which has served me well on the trails I typically ride locally. The drivetrain is reliable and the brakes are excellent, a substantial improvement from the original spec. I think the suspension is great and performs well. Lastly, it is a very durable bike. Everything has held up well. In one word, its solid.
