2001 Lemond Tourmalet Reynolds 853 (Used)

Really dont want to let this one go. I restored this from the ground up. However, my wife has some medical bills that are coming due and its going to require we let go of non essential items, so here it goes.

This is a 2001 Lemond Tourmalet frame and fork. Reynolds 853 steel. Original paint with a small amount of touch up. New clear coat using catalyzed two part clear. The paint is beautiful. Its deep blue, and it has a metal flake in the sun. There are a couple marks, and a couple areas of wear. Most of them are under the clear coat. I chose to leave them because I feel it adds character. Its not perfect, so check the photos carefully.

Great bike that hasnt seen a lot of use, and its specced out pretty nicely. Just completely re-cabled when the whiskey bars were installed a couple months ago. Low mileage (less than 200 on most of the drivetrain). Wheelset is new as of the beginning of this year. I forgot to remove the Garmin mount for photos, it IS NOT included. Sorry!

The head tube badge was repainted by me, by hand.

Specs:

Lemond Tourmalet frame size 53-54ish. Im 510 with an 825mm inseam for reference. I ride this bike with a 100mm stem although theres a 90mm included. Theres plenty of room to go bigger or smaller if you happen to be a bit on either side of my measurements.

I know its a premium on a 2001 bike, but this one is really nice, has extremely nice paint and the drivetrain parts are pretty new. I am selling to shore up our saving for my spouses upcoming out of pocket medial expenses, however Im not desperate so please no low balls.
