1995 Klein Pulse 20 Large (Used)

Up for sale is my sweet pre-Trek Klein with all the unique Klein features like Gradient tubing, smoothed welds, beautiful paint, and internal cable routing. Basically the same construction and geometry as the legendary Adroit and Attitude but with an updated steerer tube that allows the use of aftermarket forks with 1 1/4” steerer.

I am the original owner of this bike. Very good condition- no dents, a few scratches and chips and some sun fading on the otherwise outstanding original Klein paint job. Color is solid Race Red.

Girvin fork with Noleen shock

Synchros Bullhead Stem

Mavic Sunset rims on Shimano LX hubs

New parts include:

1x8 Box Components drivetrain

Origin 8 crankset and Wolf Tooth chainring

Forte (Performance) V-brakes

SE Racing bear trap pedals

Original Shimano LX drivetrain and brake parts included.

I intended to get this bike bike back on the trails, hence the 1x drivetrain. I currently have this bike set up as a cruiser with Schwalbe Big Apple tires and more upright bars. But it could easily be made trail-worthy (just needs tires), restored to vintage spec or make a super light single speed.

I’m 6’ 2” and this bike fits me great. The frame is longer than the official 20” size would lead you to believe. It’s a long and low, great climbing nimble bike. I have too many bikes and other projects and unfortunately this one just sits.
