Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer shipping across the United States for all bikes purchased through Pedal Revive. Our goal is to get your revived ride to you safely and efficiently.

Shipping Costs

We offer **FREE standard ground shipping** on all bike orders within the contiguous United States (USA). Additional charges may apply for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or for expedited shipping options if available.

Processing & Handling Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow **1 to 3 business days** for handling and processing. This includes final checks, professional packing, and preparing your bike for shipment.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Estimated Shipping Time

After the handling period, standard ground shipping typically takes **7 to 10 business days** for delivery, depending on your location within the USA. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Information

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information is typically available **within 24 to 48 hours** after your order leaves our facility.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress via the carrier's website or through our Track Order page (which uses Zipro.us).

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable carriers like FedEx, UPS, and specialized bike shipping services to ensure your bike arrives safely.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging your bike to protect it during transit. Bikes may require some minor assembly upon arrival (e.g., attaching handlebars, pedals, front wheel). Instructions or links to assembly guides will be provided where applicable.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
