At Pedal Revive, we stand behind the quality of our inspection and refurbishment process. We trust our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a straightforward **30-day free return policy** on all used bikes purchased directly from our website.
30-Day Free Returns
If you are not satisfied with your used bike purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, subject to the conditions below. We will cover the cost of return shipping within the contiguous United States.
Conditions for Return
- The return must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the date the bike was delivered to you.
- The bike must be returned in the same condition as it was received, allowing for reasonable wear from testing the bike (e.g., a short test ride). It should not have any new damage, modifications, or excessive wear beyond initial inspection.
- All original components, accessories (if any were included), and documentation must be returned with the bike.
- The bike must be securely and properly packaged for return shipping, ideally in the original box or a comparable bike box. We can provide guidance on packing if needed.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team via email or phone within the 30-day window to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization & Label: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a pre-paid return shipping label (for customers within the contiguous US).
- Packaging: Carefully pack the bike according to our instructions to prevent damage during transit.
- Shipping: Attach the provided return label and drop the package off at the designated shipping carrier location.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned bike and inspect it to confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5-10 business days after we receive the return for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Original shipping charges (if any, e.g., for expedited shipping or shipping outside the contiguous US) are non-refundable.
Exceptions
- Bikes damaged due to improper assembly, misuse, neglect, or accidents after delivery are not eligible for return under this policy.
- Returns initiated after the 30-day period cannot be accepted.
- This policy applies only to used bikes purchased directly from Pedal Revive.
